Best sales tech stack

I would love to know what are the necessary tools in your tech stack to optimize your sales?

I ask this because I am building out my team. We already have SFDC and Zoominfo, but what else do you recommend to make things as automated and seamless as possible?

Have you tried Apollo instead of Outreach? What made you choose this one?

been thinking about this alot since i think my stack kinda sucks. i would do:

1. zoominfo
2. SFDC
3. Sales Nav
4. Yesware (unless you have a big team of SDRs then you may need something like salesloft)

if i had extra money, Chorus. but this is not a necessity.

a big key for me is to make sure that all your emails/calls/meetings get logged in SFDC automatically so there is less manual entry.

How do you have SFDC sync automatically? I had it in the past, but at a ghetto company where everythingโ€™s manual lol

Yesware is a nice throwback to the original outreach tool!

hahah yeah throwback for sure! its just simple and works well for a small team.

and idk how to make it sync. it doesnt currently at my org but in past jobs it has. my SFDC admin said our company doesnt allow anything to connect to gmail for some stupid reason so i guess im out of luck ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ

There are a lot of good recommandations there but we cannot provide you with a good answer without better context

Namely you should build you stack around your strategy, not the other way around.

Whoโ€™s your ICP? Whatโ€™s your source of leads (outbound? Inbound?)? Whatโ€™s the stage of the company (starting VS respected brand with strong logos)? Where are your prospects most active/likely to be responsive (email, linkedin, phone, Twitter, physical meetโ€ฆ)? Whatโ€™s the sales process/sales complexity (how many meetings, how many stakeholders in the prospected company? Whatโ€™s the length of the sales cycle? Whatโ€™s the ACV & size of the market (thousands of possible prospects VS handful?)? Etcโ€ฆ

These elements are the bare minimum to provide you recommandations fitting your strategic needs

Sales Nav and your mind, in addition to what you have listed.

I will say I prefer Office over Gsuite, aside from ease of collaboration

Outreach or a similar tool would be a good add-on to what you already have for sequencing, enjoyed it a lot at another company I was at
