I feel like the majority of people in sales use Salesforce. I'm a big fan of the platform, beats spreadsheets every day of the week, but know it can be a pain to update and keep live.
What are some of the best tools your companies have used inside the platform?
Whether that keeps the team working in salesforce, makes the data more powerful, or just makes your life easier I would love to hear about it.
MapAnything was a huge tool that I used a bunch before Salesforce bought and it's now Salesforce Maps. I used to coordinate my deals geographically, map where we were winning, and coordinate marketing/SDR efforts to either piggy back on where we won or focus other campaigns on where we need more exposure.
