I had deleted the email explaining the spiff since our marketing at the time had been spamming us with internal emails so I didn't know there was a spiff, nor that I won, until I showed up and they asked me when I wanted to pick it up.

I got $7000 cash in 2019, and that went to a measly $100 Amazon gift card in 2020. Covid of course was used as the excuse for the major downgrade, even though we had a huge year in FY20.

Manufacturer, Lexmark, gave like $50 per unit, sold 80 units. Pretty sweet but it got better, because March Madness didn't happen last year, they let you roll a wheel/shoot a basket ($0, $50, $100, $250) per unit. Ended up grabbing $11k total for the quarter. Tax season hit was real this year lol.
