Maybe it's my to-do list is too long or maybe I just didn't get enough sleep last night, but dammit my motivation to sell and get stuff done is in the toilet right now.

I just drink coffee until my heart feels like a formula 1 engine. Warms up the void where my soul used to be pre-sales life.

Coffee and exercise help. I'll also run errands in the middle of the day when I'm least productive.

Have a set time to stop, get outside and get some fresh air, and get some food.

You will be fine after that.

I keep a predictable schedule and it helps me stay on task. It might not work for everyone but it’s helped me to focus. If I’m in a slump I’ll take 15 and go for a brisk walk.

Lunch workouts.

Get a speed rope and skip for 20-30 minutes, set challenges/goals and you'll come back fired up.

I don't know where you live but I usually will take my dogs out for a midday walk and a coffee run (around the block). Even just getting in your car and going to get a coffee usually helps me. Iced water somehow also gets me back on track.

How do you keep yourself motivated under pressure? Yes, I've heard of the usual responses like "finding your why" & "aligning yourself", etc. But I just want to get to the meat of the solution. Are there any specific tactics you guys use to keep yourselves motivated?
