Best time of day to call a prospect?

When I’m prospecting directors up to C level, I feel the best time do outreach is either first thing in the morning (8 am - 9:30 am) OR EOD (4:30 pm - 5:30 pm). My reasoning is that I want to catch them before/after they’re stuck in meetings all day. What works for you?

8:30 - 9:30 AM, 11 am-12 PM, and 4:30-5:30 typically work best for me (pretty similar to your times)

5 minutes before the hour mark, might catch them before a meeting starts

I find just after lunch is great, they've just eaten and morale is high and you can usually catch them before a mid-afternoon meeting

I have found that the best time to do outreach is in the morning anytime between 8 AM - 9 AM or during lunch 12 PM - 1:30 PM.

I guess it depends, I'm doing outreach for the UK and they normally pick up throughout the day at any time. I guess a bit more in the afternoons after 1 pm.

I always try and focus my cold outreach at the top and middle of the hours.  I delay send cold emails to execute in the 6 minutes around the top/bottom, and when I make cold calls this is my target range as well.   This time segment gives you the highest propensity to catch someone not "in a meeting".

I find that 3-4:30 is the best time for answers and I'm on the east coast.
