Best time of the Quarter to call Closed Lost opps?

Everyone has deals that didn't close. When is the best time to reengage to get some last minute deals in at a discount before end of quarter?

Depends on your deal cycle and closed lost reasons. Was it a feature gap? Likely not fixed unless your dev team pushed out some updates--don't revisit. Was it due to price? Discounting at the end of the quarter to win a previously lost deal seems like it's not worth it since they didn't see value at full price.
