Best tool you have ever used

This is a broad topic I want to get creative

It can be a work tool

Program

Kitchen tool

Hardware

You name it

By far for me it's been Salesforce. Being in sales for 10 years and not having it, the dashboard functionality and reporting capability are insane to me.

Other than that probably a grill because it's the best way to cook meat

Outreach for me. Couldn’t do my job without it. The platform actually saved me from getting canned at my last job by showing how much effort I put in.

As for work - for the prospecting savages here who are sick and tired of copying and pasting stuff from LinkedIn to their CRM or Engagement tooling -> check out LeadJet.io ; thank me later for the time saved :)

For work, Mixmax is the best tool. I'm actually nervous to switch off of it when I move to another company.

Maybe it's just the way my org (mis)uses salesforce, but I have grown to loathe that thing... data entry and little else the way we use it sadly. I know it's a powerful tool, I'd just love to experience that myself...

I’ve definitely had both.  Regardless of company, The things that carry over for me are keeping notes in one place so I don’t have to remember basically anything, and reminders to do things via tasks.

I’m remote SMB though, if I was in the field I could see how it would be more harm than good

SFDC is a reporting tool, junk in = junk out, not many people are trained on it though. It can really help for when you have multiple clients and need help "MANAGING" them but it can for sure be cumbersome, you just need a system

TBH I still use the free version, although the credits are getting tighter. $49 a month is the starter version though.

If you wanna try it out and also get me some credits, fire away: https://app.apollo.io/api/v1/referrals/referral_link_click?referral_code=nDBjdbXa7vQaEp8eHbJi9A&utm_source=Apollo&utm_medium=Viral&utm_campaign=Apollo_Viral_Share
