I, a while ago, created 'cold call thursdays' in which I got everyone in my team (two sales 11 tech/ops etc) to cold call a company to see how they do. I found the right companies for them etc, they were sceptical at first but after one or two they wanted to do more and more. So, I guess I like that my coworkers appreciate the difficulty of sales and get in board whilst also having a laugh and appreciating what you do day to day.
