Best transcription tool

I'm looking into a transcribing tool for demos and discovery meetings.


Recording meetings are okay, but I feel having a proper transcriber would cut out lots of middle work of rewatching the recording and then making notes.


Is there one you all use over another?

At our company we have Gong. The platform provides a lot of benefits on top of transcribing, but I do absolutely love that it transcribes as well. Also, Google Doc now transcribes. Go to “tools” and select “voice typing” before a call, and bam, transcribed!

Yes, it picks up all audio. We use it on our team of the prospect sends over their own meeting link and we can’t utilize Gong.

At a previous role, we used Chorus.ai its pretty good for getting call feedback. It shows who talked for how long, when you ask a compelling question, and other success indicators
