Best way to get from 1000 > 2000 customers for Series A

Personalized approach where you send only 25-30 emails a day or more automated 50-60 emails and calls a day?

It isn't quite enterprise level but I'm speaking to C suites and VPs.

However, should I set automated emails for associates who can introduce me to the VPs? Sound like they'll be easier to get in touch with (in my experience too)

1000<2000? (assuming you're growing the business not shrinking it ;))

Welcome to ABM. Yes, you can automate a sequence for contacts a level or two below your target audience. If it's worked for you in the past, certainly go for it.

Hahahahah I think these comments are hilarious about the less than sign., But, all jokes aside, cold calls and smiling usually help out a lot when trying to get new business.

Volume is one thing. However selling into c suite I imagine that adaptation is needed as well.

reaching out to people below your target is a good idea to learn about what the leaders care about. setting meetings with managers and directors will give you more info to make it easier to talk to the VPs and C suite.

Run a referral program to your 1000 current customers and have them refer 1 customer each, you now have 2000 customers. Repeat, 4000 customers.

Frankly at Series A you're not really focused (as much) on customer acquisition as much compared to product development. Series B and C rounds are typically reserved for that.

Honestly best way to gain thousands of customers isn't ABM or direct sales, rather a flywheel/product-driven sales process. Look at a company like Airtable who was able to get tens of thousands of customers before having to build out an outbound function. That's the benefit of having a freemium or pay-as-you-go model that you can convert to subscription and upsell later on.
