Best way to send videos to customers/prospects

What's the best way you've found to send customers or prospects a personalized video? What software do you use to edit and put it together and what format do you send it in?

I've used videos sent on LinkedIn (unedited) or in email via Soapbox (limited editing) or a few videos that I edited in Camtasia.

Curious what other people are doing and how well it's working, as I've had much better success rates with videos compared to email or phone only in the last year.

This could include other mediums such as TikTok or social media as well, if you've found them useful in prospecting.
