I always blow 10-20% on something dumb/frivolous I'd never buy with "normal" money. Go order caviar caviar service at a restaurant. Throw a couple of subwoofers in the trunk. A gun (I already have what I "need"). A shitload of fireworks (depending on the month). A magnum of expensive booze. Life is short and we work hard- you gotta put some money towards fun/memories first.

Then I'm sensible with the other 90% (invest, pay off a debt, house stuff, clothing, savings, dildos, etc).

New golf clothes/equipment even if you suck at golf. Appearance is all that matters.

The big ones - I buy an Investment property - tie it up somewhere I can't blow it on designer crap haha.. the little 1-3k pops I spend on travel, clothes and other fun things I wouldn't just buy if i wasn't selling

I usually spend 5% on something frivolous, like a nice watch (Breitling, Tag, Omega) and then the rest goes towards any debt accrued, home repairs, investments etc.
