BIG Lead disparity

Fellow savages,


I need your help. We just had 50% of our team leave and after running the reports our two top sellers have been given leads 4x the contract value and amount of at bats than I have. I'm at a crossroads how would you go about raising the right concerns?

Take the data and ask why you are being left out. Offer to take the leads that have been abandoned. Also, why did everyone leave?

One was here since the inception of the company and a year into this new acquisition things are not improving. Comp plan and expectations have changed. You don’t get paid out for deals you’ve closed if you leave and you don’t get paid for your deals upfront especially if the customer is paying monthly. I.e. you get paid every time the customer pays even if it is an annual agreement. The second rep was let go and pulling the data they were giving her 1/10th of what the rest were getting.

Call me what you want, just sign the damn contract
1) I would try to vulture the stuff of everyone who just left. If somebody tries to come at you, point to that data.
2) I would just show the report to your boss and ask for a detailed explanation of how this is being fixed.
3) I would immediately start interviewing in case #1 and #2 don't lead to outcomes you like.

Exactly my thoughts. Did I mention the top seller only started two weeks before I did and 100% of deals closed were inbound. Make it make sense. The insanity 🤦🏽‍♀️
