It's why we are in sales.


Let's hear some numbers. I'm legitimately curious how fat these stacks get. I'm sure learning about it will be the motivation some need to continue down this rollercoaster.

I actually don't ask for commission checks. After my biggest deal closed ($3 million ARR), I requested my company to behead one of our marketing interns in front of me while having an SDR relieve me by licking caviar off my balls. The blood from the beheading was put in a mason jar that currently sits next to my phone. Not everyone in sales is motivated by money.

€20k, the €32k I was going to get the following month was taken away from me because the company decided to regoal me half way through the year, they said they would make it up to me....i don't know if they did....

not really, i helped close a deal that was X80 my monthly closed won quota but my commission was capped at like X6.

it was one of the reasons i jumped ship.

Staying in a consistent, but non-pressure filled communication with prospects and not rush to close. Definitely learned to further monetize current relationships. Staying on top of market conditions to help monetize and create a need and sense of urgency.
