LA based Hospital group, recently spun off from a larger national Hospital system. They did not have their own patient facing applications or portals yet, so they needed to very quickly get some systems stood up so they can host data and stay HIPAA compliant.
This was a short cycle due to the aggressive timeline from the CEO, roughly 3 months start to finish.
Ironically, our company acquired the competition about half way through the cycle so that definitely worked in our favor, although we had already received the technical win by that point. Saved me from having to compete on price, as that competition was notorious for undercutting since they never won on the technical side.
