In all seriousness though, I do calorie counting for the past 6-9months and still get items a certain way at McDs and have lost like 30/40 lbs. A. that's not actually b/c of McD i know lol and B. yeah I had a good amount extra to throw off when I stopped chugging kegs (hyperbole) week in and out.

The McGriddle is a culinary masterpiece. Which is why I hate myself when I eat one.
no argument here --- PANCAKE SANDWHICHES? YES PLEASE! also when they had the chicken one it was just ready to chicken and waffles.
