I am starting up my distributorship and a few of my mentors have told me to pay up front for the future ease of the business with things such as security platforms and book keeping.

My wife runs her life on QuickBooks. It does the job, and most accountants that are worth their salt will log into it and do your tax work at the end of the year.

Using gong is a great place to start. go back listen to your calls and see where you can get better, iterate and work with your manager on it
