Just finished reading 'Selling the Cloud: A playbook for success in cloud software and enterprise sales' and personally I loved it...Being in my first AE role (IAM space), I feel like I gained a lot of insight on how to steer my future conversations and deals. The authors, Mark Petruzzi and Paul Melchiorre, focus a lot on empathy, authenticity, creativity and resilience. A lot of real world examples from leaders at Zoom, Oracle, Salesforce etc. Also, the book was released on Oct 2020 and refers to covid throughout which made it even more insightful and relevant.
