Book recommendations for startups

I recently got hired at a seed level SaaS startup to grow sales from pretty much scratch and down the line build out a sales team. I am wondering if there are any specific book or podcast recommendations to help me grow as a sales leader, manager, or focus in a startup world. I just finished "More than a Number: The Modern VP Sales Playbook" by Scott Leese and thought it was awesome.


I know there have been quite a few posts about books/podcasts, but wanted to see if there were specifically any about sales/leadership in a startup.
