If the product you love has better pay, then 100% go for it.ย You never know when the leadership team will be replaced. And if you're good, you might have a say on the future team.ย

If pay is equal I'd take the former. Working for a less than ideal boss just sucks. Everything they do starts to wear you down even if it's not that bad, you don't trust them to collaborate on deals, etc... It blows.
