Id go for the latter if you ask me. After all, the product is what will stay - people change.

If the product you love has better pay, then 100% go for it.ย
You never know when the leadership team will be replaced. And if you're good, you might have a say on the future team.ย

If pay is equal I'd take the former. Working for a less than ideal boss just sucks. Everything they do starts to wear you down even if it's not that bad, you don't trust them to collaborate on deals, etc... It blows.

AEโ€™s - hereโ€™s a very client-centred way to gather information about โ€˜WHENโ€™ a decision needs to be made. Doing it this way will help you shorten sales cycles and build trust. Keep in mind - not every question I ask in this example is a perfect fit for every buyer, but should give you a good place
