Didn't know where this belongs, so I figured I'd help you by getting it in the public forum.
The War Room emails are ending up in spam, but it's easy to fix. There are 3 settings off on your delivery.
Seeing as I am automating almost my entire job, I'll try to chip in here to give you the data your IT / Engineering need to fix the problem.
1) DMARC Record is not set - it's trying to deliver from a domain, where the dmarc isn't set from. Looks suspicious because it's "mail.bravado.co"
2) SPF Record not aligned - it's coming from mail.bravado.co, but you've got your SPF record aligned to the AWS SES...
3) DKIM Alignment - something is off here on the alignment. DKIM is on but not aligning at the end.
All of these settings are critical for my automation systems, which do most of my job now so I'm pretty specific about these issues.
