Didn't know where this belongs, so I figured I'd help you by getting it in the public forum.

The War Room emails are ending up in spam, but it's easy to fix. There are 3 settings off on your delivery.

Seeing as I am automating almost my entire job, I'll try to chip in here to give you the data your IT / Engineering need to fix the problem.

1) DMARC Record is not set - it's trying to deliver from a domain, where the dmarc isn't set from. Looks suspicious because it's "mail.bravado.co"

2) SPF Record not aligned - it's coming from mail.bravado.co, but you've got your SPF record aligned to the AWS SES...

3) DKIM Alignment - something is off here on the alignment. DKIM is on but not aligning at the end.

All of these settings are critical for my automation systems, which do most of my job now so I'm pretty specific about these issues.

Get the emails in the inbox, so I can get my daily hits of dopamine when people upvote or respond to my comments. thanks..

All of my emails are delivered to my Gmail inbox. None have been sent to the spam folder for me. 🤷‍♀️

Same. If anything, I receive too many emails from Bravado because I also get an app notification for every comment too.

I was really burnt out at work. Posted about my predicament and with a new kid I was falling asleep as soon as I could. Also w the loss of our COO, I’ve been helping in operations so I’ve been helping at our job sites with whatever is needed. It’s left no time for me to be on here. I apologize. I love the community and we’ve hired two people to replace this wonderful COO who did three peoples job. We need one more head of operations and then I think we’ve patched the hole. Hopefully it gets back to normal for me after that.

definitely in office365.. it will be in spam.. most likely in bigger company/corporate e-mail it will go to spam too in gmail...

i'm actually not, i'm in the sell shit space and i send a lot of emails.

using 3 of the enterprise delivery systems (mailgun, sendgrid, ses) so i can spread the joy of saas around the world.
