Regarding Flex, does the individual sales person negotiate with the customer or is it pre-negotiated? Is there ability to negotiate a retainer of any fee?

from what ive heard, the company posting the job pretty much sets a dollar amount they will pay you per meeting set....idk if that figure is negotiable or not.
@LSM67: I believe in most scenarios, it would be pre-negotiated. Once you start performing and delivering results, there could be a scope of negotiation (depending on the customer / company).
