Has anyone applied? Any success? Any benefit of being in War Room?

I haven't actually seen much proof of people being hired through the platform. I'm sure that there has been a few people hired(not including FLEX). @GastyIs there a way that we can get some sort of case study on Bravado's success?

My thoughts are surrounding the idea that if we are doing this whole anon v public stuff, then providing the job information/success rate would be a pivotal proving point for the job search.
Since I'm not on the job market, I never use the public facing side of Bravado. Hopefully I don't have to any time soon, but I would definitely be interested in hearing success stories/metrics.

Sahil said many times yesterday that Bravado has always been public and no one cares about the other sides of Bravado other than the War Room.
I told him I care. I also never signed up for any other part of Bravado. Just the WR that was HEAVILY marketed as anonymous. Watch the video when they release it today.

I joined the WR to improve my sales skills, learn about other markets, gain insights into others experiences, become a sales leader to others, and see what other opportunities are out there.
I think the WR being anon should just be that and only that.
No use of any personal info in any capacity, marketing, etc. ever and always, which sounds like is happening.

Well, the very fact that a long-time community rule is to not mention your company led to my belief that this is, in fact, intended to be anonymous. It makes sense that on their business side, which you'd ostensibly voluntarily participate in by filling out a jobs profile, they'd want to be public. I thought the goal of the WR was to provide anonymous insights, advice, etc., as IP for other community members to leverage in addition to being a value add for Bravado members.

I saw 65 jobs this morning. I applied to a couple several months back but nothing came of those applications, not even an acknowledgment. Hopefully it’s a better process now.
Damn dude that's a lot to not even get 1 acknowledgement.
Ouch. There's a few jobs listed that I feel qualified for and would succeed at.

I went through the process and was matched with a company, Webflow. I took the recruiter's call and was severely disappointed. I kinda thought everything was "vetted" and "run through the bravado sniff test" on a great job opp and you get fast-tracked to the right conversation. The recruiter I talked to had been at webflow for like a month, knew nothing about the team, quota, attainment, target audience etc etc etc - kind of a waste of time.
The only glimmering hope was the person I spoke to at Bravado to prep me for the interview was great. But the process / company itself was below average. -- open to feedback to someone who loves webflow, thinks its an awesome opp, happy to be wrong here.

I applied via the "Apply" button which led me back to Bravado
I have not, but I've shared it with some friends that are looking so we shall see.
Yeah, this is how all external recruiters get additional people and resumes
I've seen the job posts, but I've not applied (even though I am looking) because I figured they're just feeders to external companies. Recruiters have never been able to place me with a company (hell, no recruiter has ever even gotten me an interview) so it doesn't seem to be worth the time to apply.
Interesting, also might be a sign of companies starting to come back and needing reps for numbers to be met. No sales people=no sales= no company
I just got on last night after clicking apply on LinkedIn, which routed me here to Bravado. Matched with the company I applied for, which probably wasn't a coincidence. I'll let you know...
I've submitted several applications and have no idea if they're even being looking at. I'm sure the more you post the more exposure you'll receive.
