A few months ago I discovered this video and saw Wim Hof on some podcasts. Tried the first 3 minutes of this video and it's RAD.

It's now become a ritual of mine before I really start my day.

I love Wim Hof. He is the absolute G!!!! If you're interested in getting more into breathwork and what he's all about I recommend downloading his app also. His team also hosts workshops all across the world where you hike in shorts in the snow and do crazy shit like that to strengthen your mindset. RAD.

Another one of my favorites is Lukis Mac ( https://www.lukismac.com/). He and his partner started Owaken Breathwork a few years ago and they have an app but I haven't checked it out yet. ( https://app.owaken.com/)

I actually enjoyed this found myself more calm and relaxed. I have also found that meditation just 5 minutes at the beginning or end of my day is helpful with de stressing!

Dude, just wanted to say thank you for bringing this into my sphere of awareness.ย  I've been practicing the breathing nearly twice a day for a month and just started with the cold showers, it is incredible!ย  Cold showers are a game changer because they are uncomfortable but forcing yourself to do them makes doing other uncomfortable shit (like cold calls) much much easier.ย  Can't say thank you enough man!ย

Dude, thanks for this. I ran into your post almost a year ago and I've been doing Wim Hof and Cold Showers religiously ever since... I usually do 4 rounds in the morning of 1:30, 1:30, 2:00, 2:00. This is incredible, since reading your post I have done 1.2k rounds and held my breath for a total of 31h and 46 mins... I've also taken 228 cold showers for a total time of 9h and 50 min
