Builder.ai interview

Yo Savages,

Having an initial conversation with a company tomorrow called Builder.Ai

I've done a search here, looked on RepVue and CompGauge, however, I cannot find much information on them. I haven't done much research into the industry yet (AI powered no/low code software development platform) but intend to once they pass the sniff test tomorrow.

Has anyone come across these guys or have any thoughts/experiences with this industry?

UPDATE: VP EMEA has a solid vision and was brought in to set in place some structure as there was nothing before. Most, if not all, low ratings on Glassdoor are from folks based in India which is unfortunate but understandable. Most of the team will exceed quota, if not, just fall short, which, for my past 2 companies, is a big improvement. I thoroughly enjoyed chatting with the VP and can see us having a pretty solid working relationship and believe I could learn a lot through him. Which has had me thinking, how much of an impact does the relationship of your manager/boss have on your decision joining/staying at a company?

As much as we need to take Glassdoor with a grain of salt, a 3.6 is a pretty abysmal rating. The CEO calls himself the "Chief Wizard" unironically, too, which is a massive red flag to me. He also seems to know how to crash companies as his previous two were not acquired and their CEO stepped down instead of selling. Seems fishy.

Confused statement: How does most of the team hit their sales goal? Any evidence shown?

queried addendum: how is an EMEA anything going to set the stage and vision globally for sales? everyone is doing great but it’s pure luck? I don’t get it.
