Depending on what you're selling, it might behoove you to convince marketing to spend some money on good SEO or PPC campaigns. Sales Nav and ZoomInfo are great for outbound prospecting but if you're looking for a few quick wins, investing in inbound generation is just as important

Great feedback so currently our pipeline has been filled by all referrals from the founders. I moved over from a big software company and we are trying to develop the sales and marketing side. So I will talk to the team about investing in our own marketing.

I will caution you though...some things are bought and not sold. I'd only really invest in this if you can see a decent amount of people googling whatever you sell. Most consumers/businesses aren't Googling certain complex things but if it's something like "account software," then there's probably a good amount of people looking that up. But idk what your product is

Great point, we are a consultancy for Logistics and Supply Chain, so I can have my team do research on keywords, etc.
