Building Rapport? Stop talking about the weather!

Curious everyone’s thoughts? I love Oren have purchased access to his courses and frankly love the approach. IMO I totally agree stop wasting time by talking about the weather and idle chit chat to build rapport. Focus on the purpose of the meeting, why you are there and the problem that needs solving. Please chime in with your thoughts?
