Burnout...

Feeling a bit like I'm digressing under leadership who doesn't listen and caters to yes men. Really hard as I'm all about using my authentic voice and being true to field feedback to keep improving our org . Best tips to get out of a burnout rut or handle these situations?

Spent the last few months feeling the same way, have some solid interviews lined up this week. 

I did what I could to manage up, provide feedback, propose solutions, etc. But, there is only so much I can do as an IC and ultimately decided I would rather jump ship and find some new leadership I enjoy working for.

It is always hard to be loyal to a company that you are passionate working for. My first job in sales, I loved the company and the people I worked with. It got to a point that I saw the company do the same thing. I would say if you are past the point of them listening, then it's time to start listening to other options.
