Calculate your worth to your company

How valuable are you actually to your company? Is there a formula for finding out your true worth as a salesperson? If my company generates x revenue per year, i was responsible for closing x percentage of that revenue, or x dollar amount of that revenue, then how valuable am i to the company?

I use a simple equation:

HR violations X annual revenue generated divided by how many girls in marketing I've banged

My worth is $166k

I think the better way to think about it would be how long would it take a new hire to ramp up to my level of attainment if I leave?

Probably a 2yrs or so (our product is absurdly technical + long cycles). So how much revenue can I bring in during that period? $3M. 

Therefore I am worth $3M/2yrs = roughly $1.5M a year.

Idk, I have the math level of a 10 year old so this shit hurts my brain.

Revenue driven by me / total revenue generated in x period = your perceived value 

It's not that simple given the intangibles we all bring to the table, but when stack ranking reps, that's exactly how much you're worth to me. Cold, but objective and fair.
