Calendly or OnceHub?

I love Calendly, but I just got a job working for a place that uses OnceHub. This will be my second time using it and I hated it the first time around.

So I wanted to know, what scheduling tools have you used, which one's your favourite, and which ones are horrible?

Best scheduling software?

I don't use a tool, I just do it the old fashioned way. I like it.

What's the old fashioned way? You mail them an invitation?

I ask them what day/time works for them, put it in my Outlook calendar and offer to send them a calendar invite.

I voted for HubSpot, but that's because you get the tool when you pay for the platform. However, I have enjoyed Calendy in the past.

Clicked Chili Piper instead of something else.Β

I use outlook and find it the easiest and most stress free way

I use youcanbook, the free version. Works well enough.

It attaches to your GCal, I send the link out in email and it's in my signature so anyone can book time with me. There's some tools that you have to pay for, but the free version itself has worked splendidly for me! youcanbook.me

I use the link from outreach in my sig - but I find it much better to lay out times and ask what works.

Their time is usually more valuable than mine (VP/C) so doing the work for them is pretty standard.Β

Personally have only used Chili Piper and I love it. Saves time with the back & forth and the links you send are pretty customizable.

Found that I've booked less meetings if I include a calendly or whatever calendar software so I do not use it

How do you send calendar invites?

I'm thinking this refers to the packaged software apps that send out links and book things for you and instead using good old conversation and outlook, google, etc. to book the time with the call link/info.Β

I've used FindTime (comes with Microsoft Outlook) and it's so-so. Most people don't end up voting so it doesn't really save time in the end

Woven was the best, but then they got bought out by slack. Managing multiple calendars for sales consulting has been tough since woven ended.
