If I am being honest here, I would avoid "buzzwords" altogether. Keep it simple and direct in relation to your day-to-day operations and prior accomplishments. Buzzwords can be a turn-off these days. Definitely include relevance but overall keep it simple and to the point. Interested in other opinions on this thought here though.

ATS's look for word/terminology frequency. So if you're targeting a SaaS job but don't have the word "SaaS" on your resume, the odds of getting a call are near zero. If you have it with the same frequency as in the JD, that's good. 25% more is great.
