No not yet. You can either bookmark the URL or just remember the username of the OP for now, it’s on the feature list for the future but there are some more important ones coming first!

There is no way, the site let's you "save" the post, the only way around this is to manually bookmark it. Hopefully this feature comes at a later date!
They should make this happen, being able to pin or save posts
