Which one of Mexico's top beach destinations do you prefer and why? And does your preference change if it's a presidents club trip versus personal trip?

I voted Cancun, but I really meant "Riviera Maya" - I prefer the areas south of Cancun like Talum.  Maybe this is just cause I'm an old man and the night life/party scene has passed me up though.  The area as a whole is delightful.

I went to a club trip at Banyan Tree Mayakoba (near playa del Carmen/Cozumel) and it was stunning.

Yeah, Playa del Carmen is a really nice area too. Cancun has nicer beaches than Cabo. There's more beach and there are less waves. Cabo's pacific side is actually really dangerous and has some of the strongest rip currents in the world. Ironically, those same conditions make it a world class site for skim boarding.

As someone who lives part time in mexico I would say Cancun. For the beaches anyways. I hate the beach but I enjoyed Cancun's beaches.
