Oh boy, some companies do have the process of Cognitive test. I have given quite a few times but I have never ever taken any course for it. Wondering what others have to say about it.

The results of me crushing my cog test (which I thought I bombed). were what propelled me to the next interview. I didn’t get the job based on experience, but they can sure help if you nail it. This was for a legit VP role. Just didn’t have the specific experience they wanted. Oh well.
