CEO as AE ---> BDR slow death

Don't get me wroong .. I love the chance of working with the company's CEO. But he is literally throwing to trash all of my efforts. He literally said in an EOW that sales are not his priority ... he does not follow up on any lead after demo's and even cancells meetings 1 hour before starting.


Is this a common law for alL CEO acting as AE ?
