This was a quick 2 week close. Biggest lesson here is to always circle back to previous closed/lost lists. They wanted to buy end of 2019/beginning of 2020 from a previous colleague but then COVID happened. Circled back and they actually need the product up and running in about a month (typically it takes us about 8 weeks to implement). I had the right person from the get-go and ended up charging them about 2x what they were previously quoted for quicker implementation and higher platform package due to upgrades on our end.
Only regret is I wish I would've quoted even higher because they came back around asking for a discount if they did a 3 year deal. Only had to give them 5% but would've liked to have give them 0%.
