Check work emails at the bar?? Or...

I know this might sound lame, but lately (even right meow) I came home from the bar and checked my work emails. Am I just becoming more dedicated (or am I losing it)? Do you:

I have work mails on my personal phone. For me it s ok. But in the past I had some issues with always being “on”

Honestly I rarely check them other than to keep my inbox clean... I won't respond to anything that isn't mission critical, but I will mass delete all the "noise".

I have on my phone but and if I am waiting for something to come back then I definitely check but other than that I never check. I used to check and it ruined my mental health so much happier now :)

I also have work emails on my personal phone but with notifications turned off. That way I only see emails if I decide to check myself. The work phone obviously has notifications turned on but I don’t always have it with me.
