Solid advice here!! The spam filter is nasty sometimes, all IT wants to flex there muscle, they celebrate spam emails blocked like marketing celebrates webinar registrants!!ย

Our spam filter literally blocks everything. But, it sends me an email each morning with all blocked emails so it is easy to check and release the good ones. But yeah, I get 1-2 a week that are blocked and shouldn't be!

Your SPAM service should offer a Daily or Weekly summary notification. I have mine set to Daily for this very reason.ย ย
