Does he really need an attorney or a Dan Goodman (who is NOT an attorney)? There are a couple posts about our various experiences with Dan. Mostly good. But he's the first to tell you that he's not a lawyer.
Attorney, got shit canned while serving on jury duty and wonโt pay out Q4 earnings because they wonโt be employed 1/1 even though their jury duty was supposed to last until 1/10 or something.
Dan will help your buddy write a sternly worded letter. A real lawyer letter might get better/quicker results.
