Cold calling all day. Way more efficient and prospects get weak in the knees hearing my sweet voice on the phone.

you can actually do this if you are connected to the person. well, it's more of a live voicemail, but usually gets a response!ย
I didnโt use LI once when I was an AE since I didnโt sell to people who used Li. Phone is universal

LinkedIn is barely used by DM's, and if so they do NOT want to be pitched on that.

Ehh...both? Use LI to get the name (I'm assuming you know the company you're trying to call and possibly the title of the person you want.) Use the phone to hook 'em.

Apparently I'm still hungover, didn't see the "choose only one." I've seen both used fairly successfully in what I do. I suppose I'd go phone then since I'd still have access to other forms of name data online.

I call on ad agencies. Incognito with unpublished phone numbers. Itโs so obnoxious. More traction from LI by posting content and commenting on theirs. Never by doing the cheesy IM

Definitely cold calling. Too easy to ignore LinkedIn notifications!
Another vote for Cold Calling. It's way more personal and because it's more difficult, I believe you get a greater return!
