After three days of waiting for tardy responses and killing time, got busy today and have a full plate next week. Then Iโll shut down.
in the US most companies dont have a "Shut down". im luckt enough to work at a company that completely closes the week between christmas and new years.
i try to focus on wrapping things up 100% before christmas, and have a list of things to start focusing on when i get back.
that way i can relax, and then when i come back, i know exactly what to do.

I just took a wind down "vacation" for Thanksgiving(#Merica) so I'm working through the end of the year.
After next Friday, the 16th, I'm basically OOO. But I'm US-based.
Let the team chill. It's been a tough year and your sales kickoff meeting virtual/in-person should reinvigorate the team to crush 2023.
