Used it previously. Basically layers over CRM. It adds some novel visualizations and analysis. Honestly the best feature is being able to update multiple fields from one tool vs clicking back and forth between dozens of opps.

Agreed.  I had some glitches when they tried to set it up, as it had real problems with my profile.

And woe betide you if you move to a different instance of SFDC but have the same email address.   That causes issues.

The app itself is great.  Really nice visualizations and the ability to make your changes in one place is super.

That's helpful, I absolutely hate doubling/tripling efforts.

What I'm hoping for is not a tool that reads well to management but creates busy work for IC's.

Not my experience.  It overlays SFDC and allows you to view and edit from the app.   You don't have to jump out and update SFDC separately, which is key.   Then it's super easy to navigate.

cool tool for forecasting and updating opps. Creates some efficiency for sure.

saves a lot of time.  their waterfall view to see the changes in the forecast week over week (pull in, push out, close won, close loss, etc) are really helpful when managing a large business.

will make your life easier as a rep.  all key entry fields for crm notes in one place that speaks bidirectional with crm
