Client went dark - template mails (SaaS)

Hi all!

Looking for a great template to send to client which went dark.

I have several client who are not responding whatsoever after an offer has been send.

So far i'm able to get back a few off these client, what do you use the create the urgency to get the deal back in asap?

Good luck for those who are pushing to the end of Q!

If a client goes dark, I stop chasing. If they were gonna buy, they would have responded.

value your time too. Don't waste it knocking on doors that aren't gonna open, yanno what I'm sayin?

You're probably one of the only salespeople I've heard say this. Most of the time it's "never stop chasing." I agree with you wholeheartedly though.ย

I will call/email a ghosting prospect a few times just to make sure they're really ghosting and didn't just miss my message or get distracted, but that's it. I will set myself a follow up to touch that account again in a few months in case my contact quit/got fired/they had some kind of earth shattering emergency but I don't continue to spend my time reaching out. Too many other fish in the sea.

And frankly even if they did end up responding, is that really a prospect I'm going to have success closing? Maybe, but someone who just ignores professional communications and is blatantly disrespectful of my time is unlikely to want to follow our sales process. I'd rather work with professionals where we can respect each other's time and effort.

I know some have been successful with sending a gif to add some humour. I've never done it.

I do this all the time. My industry is pretty relaxed (Real Estate) and we work with SMB who are pretty chill.ย  I'll share some of my template below:ย
ย

Break-Up Email Template w. Gif:ย

Hi PROSPECT NAME,ย ย

*Insert Gif of Leonardo Dicaprio as Jack on Titanic waving to shoreline*ย

ย

It looks like weโ€™re on two differentย boatsย and the timing isnโ€™t right.

If it ever makes sense for us to connect please donโ€™t hesitate to give me a call.ย ย

In the meantime, Iโ€™ll leave you with a link to our upcomingย thought leadership webinarsย where clients share a ton of best practices that could be valuable to your business.ย

Thanks again for your time,ย

The Last Ditch Effort Email:ย

Hi PROSPECT NAME!ย It's been a few weeks since our scheduled call and unfortunately I haven't been able to reach you since.ย ย

*Insert Gif of Tom Brad trying to get a high five here*ย

ย Would you do me a favor and let me know if you're still interested in connecting at this time?ย ย

If I don't hear back, I'll assume that you're no longer interested and will close out your file for now.ย ย

Thanks so much!

Gif's didn't pull in. It does on my email, but WR must not allow it.ย

Here's the Gif for the first email: Can't find on Giphy, but I have it downloaded-ย  https://thesusblog.com/2017/08/30/lets-go-back-to-titanic/

Here's the Gif for the second email template:ย  https://giphy.com/gifs/high-five-tom-brady-tombrady-rRZfOOKROFUqs

Had some success with this. I send an email with voting buttons that they can simply click to answer. Example:

โ€œI havenโ€™t heard back in a while - are you:

1. still interested?
2. Interested but not the right time.ย
3. No longer interested.โ€

Allows them to answer you in 2 seconds, and they donโ€™t have to type an uncomfortable email. Even if they choose #3, at least you know and donโ€™t need to waste any more time on them.ย
