I gave them a 24-hour trial to demo the Chief Investment Officer. The POC asked for a "returning client discount" on the initial call. I looked straight down the barrel of camera and said "no...." 10 second pause. "okay send the contract"
Best part, the deal closed the day before my wedding, and was the deal that got me to Q2 quota a month early.
