Closing out the fiscal year with COVID

Hey ya'll -- could use some advice.  our fiscal year ends 1/31 and I've caught the virus.  I'm doing normal end of year things like working on a handful of large opportunities while still prospecting for quick wins but I am super fatigued and focus/brain power is limited.  The main symptoms like the cough are behind me.

Some ways I'm managing:

- Boss is supportive and I've now added her to all my calls for air cover/having a normal functioning human being on the call with me
- Assigned some prospecting to higher tier accounts I'd normally do myself to my SDR
- Priotizing the 1-3 things that need to get done today and calling it a win if I do those things
- Letting my install base of accounts know I have COVID when they have more account management type requests and that responses will be delayed
- naps and REST

Anyone been through this? What would you add?
