I do not understand espresso tonics. Both are great, togheter is awful.
I don't do caffeine, I'm high energy enough. I do enjoy a decaf iced latte or coffee from time to time tho

1-2 is my average, 1 in the morning, 1 in the afternoon. Depends on how the day is going and how tired I am. Can easily jump into the 3-4 range.

1-2 absolutely enough!
I do 3. 2 double espressos and a massive yeti like glass with cold brew that probably adds 2.5 cups.
I only recently realized it was 4 cups a day ever since I started a new job in february xD
