Coffee Stain? Panic Mode 2

So my coworker spilt coffee all over his white polo and now has to walk around all day with a hefty coffee stain down his chest. What is the best way to handle this and does he just go home? We have customers in the office and its just a whole mess. I hate to be the guy to tell him this but my suggestion was to go to the laundry matt during lunch and wash it if he really wants to stay in office that bad.

I have never heard of a sales rep that doesn't automatically carry an extra shirt/dress/etc in their car. Maybe it's different in the south since swamp ass is a real thing.

I was just about to say the same thing! Go get that extra shirt from the car.

I have not only an extra business formal dress and blazer, but also a polo and black pants, an extra navy blazer (in case my black doesn’t match), a cardigan, and a zip up company issue. Also, flats and heels in case my dr is super short or tall. I am completely crazy but always prepared.

Go home or go to a nearby store and buy a new shirt.

I would send a company wide email asking if anyone had an extra golf tee to borrow. You know every sales office has some early risers cranking a quick 9 before work

Depends how far away he lives. This is another good reason to keep a spare shirt in the car. You never know when you’ll need it 🤷🏼‍♂️

For white shirts and coffee or dark stains like wine, immediately run the shirt under COLD water and even better if the water has some pressure behind it. If you get it right away you can usually get the entire stain out before it sets.

I used to work in a restaurant where we had to wear white long sleeves and this was a constant issue.

Can't go home? Can't go to laundry matt? Pour coffee everywhere else and say it Tie dye. Adapt

Can't go to a store nearby and just buy one? Also, I'm sure customers aren't assuming that the product is shit because a guy has a coffee stain on his shirt
