Coffee?

Living up to my name, it's time for a coffee question. How much coffee do you all drink a day? I want to make sure I'm not overdoing it even though I've scaled way back.

Also any coffee companies that you've tried that are absolute fire and I should pick up? Been eyeballing bones coffee company.

How much coffee do you drink a day

When I was 23 I could drink coffee all day and it would keep me alert, awake, and crushing the phone. Nowadays if I have more than 2 cups I get jittery as hell and if I have a cup after 3pm I'm up all night.

Getting old is weird.

@salesnerd - Pro tip for you: If you want to help the jitters try taking your coffee with 200mg of l-theanine. It's a perfectly safe amino acid that will slow the digestion and make the caffeine buzz much smoother and less jittery. At least this works for me.

Oat milk seems to be the rage these days! I use almond milk with my protein shakes, way better than water and less filling than milk

Redbull though, that crash and what is it actually doing to my insides makes it so unenjoyable lol. I used to use coffee as an immediate fix and then became a staple. I miss not needing it

High quality coffee is a tiny thing that makes a big impact on my day. When I'm on the road and drinking what's available it makes me appreciate the recently roasted, freshly ground coffee that my wife says is way too expensive that I have at home.

Yeah, even a great pot of coffee at home isn't quite the same as a perfectly made cup from a local coffee shop. I've been loving the growth of small batch roasters popping up everywhere.

Totally feel you. I did a cleanse and couldnt have caffeine and noticed the headaches (well how could you not lol) and then realized when i go back i have to go smaller scale. They came out with seltzer with caffeine which helped in afternoon to avoid another cup. Good luck, im with you!

I don't feel right if I haven't had a coffee when I've already started my day. This is not 'omg man, crack lol' post, but I don't feel settled until I have had my cup of java. If I haven't had it, about two or three tasks in I'll start to realise I want it and take a second to go and grab it.

All hail the bean.

This is the hardest ask of my day lol. What I can tell you, without breaking rules of engagement, is that we sell usually private coffee brands. So you usually won't see our name brand unless your actively hunting for it online.

So even if I could tell you, I'd have to give you a customer example first lol
