Brought in on a lead from an IT partner. Did a walkthrough and discovery of all workflows and equipment. Customer goes silent and our IT partner steps in and saves the day. He shares a competitors quote with us, showing the customer was getting a quote for something we never discussed. Once we were out of the dark (thank you IT partner) we slammed the paperwork down (docusign) and signed the next day (still took another 4 days).
