I know I answered this poll but seriously, who cares? Are we scraping the bottom of the creativity barrel to the point where we’re relegated to ask about soda preferences? Not a single person who has participated in this poll, including the author, gives one singular shit about soda preferences.

I mean, you're not wrong at all and I'm upvoting you because I do agree with you. A shit ton of posts in The War Room are pretty pointless and add absolutely 0 value, but the gatekeeping on these posts is also getting pretty ridiculous. I'm not coming at you by any means, especially as you're a WR member I appreciate and respect - more so addressing the issue as a whole. It's pretty easy to scroll past a post. Yeah, this is not sales or business related, and has no value on a surface level, but it's provoking responses so at least some people are interested in inputting their opinions and I see at least one fruitful conversation at this point.

Yeah, I understand where you're coming from. And a lack of gatekeeping leaves us with the posts we currently have at the top of the 'new' feed (granted I find one of them very funny). I feel you - don't just toss shit at the wall, add value.

Also from the south. It's two parts right? Part one is that almost everyone prefers coke over other sodas, and part two is that everyone calls every drink a coke.

Born and raised. I've had GA clients and partners and this also hasn't happened with them. This is a new one for me.
Hahaha wild, it was big in my family, but I've seen it elsewhere as well. I was starting to think I was crazy so I did a quick google and its definitely a thing. Maybe you were just around a bunch of pepsi people who couldn't bring themselves to say coke?
Coke as a thing for soda I've seen but more in the Midwest. But saying Coke and ordering a beer or a cocktail is insane to me. That is setting very different expectations!
Haha yeah, that might have been more of a family thing, also most of my southern family would order something alcoholic every time no matter what. Maybe calling it a coke made them feel better about that!
